Laju 44 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

01Definitions & Interpretations

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "laju 44" / "Platform" / "We" – refers to laju44.biz, an online sports betting and casino platform operating for users in Malaysia.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" – refers to any individual who registers for and uses laju 44's services.
• "Account" – refers to a user account duly registered with laju 44.
• "Bet" – refers to any bet placed by a member on the laju 44 platform.
• "Bonus" – refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or promotions granted to a member by laju 44.
• "Real Money" – refers to funds deposited by a member using a valid payment method.
• "Services" – refers to all products and features available on the laju 44 platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, jackpots, and e-sports.

02Member Eligibility & Registration

To register and use laju 44's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of or physically located in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Has never been banned or blacklisted by laju 44 previously.
• Register under your own name and provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or business entity without laju 44's written consent.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information, including your full name, MyKad or passport number, active email address, Malaysian mobile number, and preferred payment method. Inaccurate or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

03User Account

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at laju 44. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Contact laju 44 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Laju 44 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to a member's own negligence.
• Members must keep their profile information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly their phone number and email address.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

Laju 44 accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – processed instantly
• GrabPay – processed instantly
• Boost eWallet – processed instantly
• ShopeePay – processed instantly
• DuitNow QR / DuitNow Transfer – processed within 1–3 minutes
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all major Malaysian banks) – processed within 1–5 minutes

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. laju 44 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond laju 44's control.

Laju 44 reserves the right to request proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction receipt, in the event of any dispute regarding a deposit reported as not received within the stipulated timeframe.

05Withdrawals

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method verified under the member's name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days.
• Laju 44 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until the identity verification process is complete.
• Any bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been fully met.
• Withdrawals involving amounts exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification for compliance purposes.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Laju 44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Laju 44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through dishonest means — such as using multiple accounts or prohibited betting strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture and account action.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.

07Betting Rules

All bets placed at laju 44 are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless laju 44 offers a relevant cash-out option.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any odds changes after confirmation will not affect bets already placed.
• For sports betting markets such as Malaysia Super League football, EPL, and badminton, official results from the respective sports governing bodies are used.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided and refunded unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• Laju 44 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of being placed based on insider information or through unfair means.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market type and are displayed on the betting interface.
• For E-Sports markets including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, CS2, and Dota 2, results are determined by the official tournament organiser.

08Prohibited Conduct & Restrictions

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the laju 44 platform:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or unauthorised financial transactions through the platform.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to laju 44 support immediately.
• Making false or misleading statements when interacting with the support team.
• Extorting or threatening laju 44 staff in any form.

09Account Closure & Suspension

A member's account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• By the Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the laju 44 support team. Any real-money balance (after deducting active wagering requirements) will be returned within 5 business days.
• By laju 44: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account without notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
• Inactive Account: Any account showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A maintenance fee of RM 5 per month may be charged on inactive accounts.

If you are closing your account due to a gambling-related concern, laju 44 encourages you to use the self-exclusion available in your account settings before closing your account entirely.

10Limitation of Liability

Laju 44 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting outcomes, odds changes, or game results.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond laju 44's control, such as internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, even if laju 44 has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

11Responsible Gambling

Laju 44 believes that betting should be a fun and enjoyable form of entertainment. We provide the following tools to help members gamble responsibly:

• Deposit Limit – Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit that suits your budget.
• Loss Limit – Set a maximum loss limit within a given period.
• Time Limit – Set reminders or session time limits during play.
• Temporary Break – Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion – Exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 3 months to 5 years.
